Bimota DB1 1986. Very original example.

Ride one and you'll never want to ride anything else! Definitely one of Bimota's best the DB1 was not only the first all Italian Bimota but it was the first all enclosed motorcycle with an integral fairing and the bike that got them back on their feet with production numbers reaching over 600 spread over the three DB1 models. Bimota DB1

Believe it or not this started life as a Bimota DB1. Having been converted into the above in Germany some years back. The engineering on it is excellent and very well executed. The styling however, leaves something to be desired. Very little of the DB1 is actually left, in fact its just the frame, the engine is now a 900SS unit as are the forks.
