Matching numbers 3CL Cafe racer project in really good condition, however it is unfinished and non running, the engine turns over freely but the wiring looks a mess so from what we can see it shouldn't need lots of money spending on it but lots of time and it will need the normal, carb strip, new battery, new tyres MOT and registration, it comes with its original Austrian paperwork and NOVA declared, grab a bargain....
